Redemption Service Fees
Finding award flights tailored to your requirements is time-consuming and involves in-depth research and expertise. For this reason, a deposit of $100 per person is required to commence a preliminary search on your behalf. The deposit amount is deducted from the reward seat search fee when a requested flight is found.
Our reward search and redemption fees are charged per redemption airline program* per person. Points Advisor Bespoke members receive a discount of 10% on all fees.

* If your flight redemption involves two different platforms (e.g., some flights on Qantas and others on Velocity) or multiple tickets within one platform, the fee will be higher.
** If you have two one way flights for a return trip, on a single platform, you get 10% off the one way redemption fees.

Important Booking Terms:
- Loyalty Account Access: To complete the redemption on your behalf, we require temporary access to your loyalty account.
- Real-Time Authentication: Please stay on standby while we process the booking, as your bank or airline may send a One-Time Password (OTP) that we will need from you in real time to confirm the seats.
- Direct Charges: All points, airline taxes, and carrier surcharges will be deducted directly by the airline from your account/credit card.
- Non-Refundable: Our service fees are non-refundable once work commences.
- Post-Redemption: We strongly recommend updating your password once the booking is complete. All future flight communications (such as schedule changes or cancellations) will come directly from the airline.
