We will invest a great deal of time into ensuring we provide you with the up to date and accurate information. We do not warrant the accuracy of statements of information contained on the website relating to third-party goods and services, including credit card information, loyalty schemes and rewards. We expressly exclude liability arising from any person acting on that information or statements to the fullest extent permitted by law. Any information on this site is subject to variation without notice. Any information or advice given on this site is meant for guidance purposes only, is not meant to be relied upon as statements or presentations of fact. We do not make any representations or warranties of any kind (express or implied) as to the accuracy or content of any information given and the owners of this site will not be responsible for any manifest errors. Points Advisor do not warrant that your use of this site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
You authorize us to act as your agent for the purpose of performing the services to assist you in obtaining award travel. The agreement for travel and any other related services thereafter are between you and the airline/accommodation supplier. In order for us to book directly award travel for you, you will need to provide Points Advisor your log-in details to access your account and book on your behalf or we provide the necessary information for you to book yourself in real time. All information will be kept securely and we will only book requested flights (subject to availability).
Upon engagement, there is no guarantee that award booking will be successful.
Our services & fees
Before our service begins, a search fee
is required. If no suitable flights can be found based on your selected parameter, this fee will be fully refunded. However, if suitable flights are found, the search fee is non-refundable. Instead, it can be used as a credit towards the final booking fee.
The search fee and service fee will be agreed upon prior to the booking search. Payment via credit card (with merchant fees) or ETF. Current service fees are published in the fees section of our website.
All fees and taxes charged by the airline for award travel are directly payable to the airline by the traveler or frequent flier account holder, in addition to Points Advisor service fees.
Flight Changes or Voluntary cancelation
All award booking service fees are non-refundable.
Amendment fees will be applied to any voluntary changes to booked award flights
For flights changed or canceled by the airline, the terms and conditions of the airline will apply.
We do not have control over flights and cannot provide a guarantee that your flight will take place as scheduled or whether or not it is canceled by the airline. You must liaise directly with the relevant airline, any accommodation or other service providers and/or travel insurers.
Points re-deposit and refund of airlines fees/taxes will be subject to the conditions of the relevant airline frequent flier program and not the responsibility of Points Advisor.
Annual Membership program
If a member of the annual points membership program, the annual fee is refundable if no award bookings have been made in 12 months and our advisor is not able to offer advice on earning more points for you..
The annual subscription fee is not refundable if we find the selected award travel but you decide not to travel for any reason.
The annual subscription is auto-renewed at an agreed annual fee till you notify us to cancel.
It is recommended to book round-trip travel if available. One-way award bookings are possible but there is no guarantee of being able to book a one way award back - and cash fares for one-way travel are normally more expensive than half of return airfares.
From time to time, as part of the log-in process, the airlines may send a One time password to your mobile which is a normal security protocol - should this happen, please provide it immediately to your points booking agent. In addition, occasionally the airline will temporarily suspend accounts in line with their standard security procedures and not due to actions by Points Advisor - in this case, the suspension should be corrected after a certain time period in line with the program terms and conditions, or contact them directly to unlock your account.
Authority to action on your behalf:
By employing Points Advisor, you grant us permission to manage your loyalty program point redemption in accordance with your directives. Furthermore, you authorise us to facilitate payments, via your credit card, for fees, taxes, and surcharges incurred by travel vendors like airlines and hotels, including our Redemption Fees.
: You affirm that your passport name spelling, visa status, and travel details (dates, times, cabin, and routes) are accurate. Be aware that post-booking alterations incur extra charges and may necessitate a new booking.
: Please note that our redemption service fees are non-refundable. Should any flight disruption occur, such as flight cancellation or misconnection, Points Advisor is not liable for any losses, including but not limited to hotel expenses, alternative flight expenses and other costs.
The airline's redemption platform's fare rules and Points Advisor cancellation terms will govern your booking. You must stay updated on any changes to your itinerary post-booking confirmation and engage with airlines directly regarding such changes. Modifications to your booking through Points Advisor will trigger a new reservation fee. Remember, any flight modifications (dates, routes and alike) are treated as a new booking due to the rarity of available reward flights.

Points Advisor owns all rights and copyrights for all materials on this website. Use of materials from this website without permission is a violation of Points Advisor rights and copyright. No part of this website including reviews, images, graphics, videos, articles, music, sound, maps, icons, software, code or other material may be copied, modified, reproduced, republished, transferred, sold, resold or distributed without the prior written consent of Points Advisor.
You also agree not to:

- Access, monitor or copy, spider or index any content or information of this website as well as override robot exclusion instructions on this website
- Impose any unreasonably large load on our servers
